Subway Bray

Rang before ordering because I wanted a simple cheese & bacon sub (no toppings) which isn’t an option on the app. I was told to select one of the subs and put the swap in the notes, so I did exactly that and paid extra for the cheese. I deliberately chose a sub with two meats so it would more or less equate to the same price.

After I placed the €47 order, I rang to make sure everything was clear. Suddenly she said that they couldn’t swap the turkey & ham for bacon. I even offered to give up the crisps/drink to cover any extra cost - still no. Had to cancel the whole order and pay €40 cancellation fee on uber eats.

Why tell me to order it that way in the first place? Really disappointing customer service.

I visited Subway this morning while extremely hungry. The store was busy, and the staff member (a shortgirl) appeared occupied on her phone. I tried speaking to her, but she did not respond properly. This is not the level of service I expect when paying such a price for a sandwich. Totally upset.

Terrible I went there with my friend and they got both of our orders wrong my friend is celiac and I asked for gluten free bread and they said yes and they ended up not giving her gluten free bread which could have been really bad and they gave me a foot long and without lettuce which wasnt what i asked for. we went in and told them and they literally js looked at us like we had 2 heads and didn't have the manners to apologise or anything . one of them said "you need to ask for gluten free bread" and i said "I did and she said okay" and then they said nothing from there no sorry nothing
